Account review, restrictions and appeals
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies from your acceptance of the version that includes it. Mandatory rights remain preserved. Read the agreement
1. Reasons for review
We may review inaccurate offers, authenticity or safety concerns, repeated fulfilment problems, misuse of customer information, fraudulent activity and other material policy breaches. A review may concern a specific offer or broader selling activity. Provide accurate information and cooperate with a request that explains the records needed. Do not evade a review by moving affected goods to another account.
2. Notice and proportionate action
We may request a correction, pause affected offers or restrict selling where reasonably needed to protect buyers and the marketplace. We explain the reason and available review process unless disclosure is legally restricted. Urgent safety or fraud concerns may require action before your response. A restriction does not itself authorize forfeiture of money or an additional fee. Financial treatment remains governed by the Terms of Service and applicable payout terms.
3. Requesting reconsideration
Reply to the notice or email help@cop.boutique with the account, affected CIN or order, the reason you disagree and supporting evidence. Explain corrections already made and how recurrence will be prevented where relevant. Do not fabricate invoices or statements. Submit an appeal within 30 calendar days of the decision notice; we may consider later material evidence or circumstances, and mandatory rights remain available.
4. Outstanding orders and outcomes
Continue cooperating on existing orders, authorized returns and buyer claims while a restriction is reviewed. We consider relevant new evidence and communicate the outcome. An appeal does not suspend an approved buyer refund. Where a reimbursement determination is reversed, the corresponding amount is corrected under the Terms of Service. Closing an account does not erase obligations arising from previous orders.
