Product safety and prohibited goods

1. Eligibility to sell
List only lawful goods that you have the right to sell and can lawfully ship to the offered destination. Counterfeit, stolen, recalled or unsafe goods are prohibited. Do not list illegal drugs, weapons, ammunition, tobacco, vaping products or prescription medicines on our platform. A matching catalogue entry or a successful upload is not approval to sell a prohibited item.
2. Safety information
Provide applicable warnings, instructions, required labels and material compatibility information. Do not remove safety labels or conceal a defect that could cause harm. For electronics, accurately disclose the region, plug and electrical requirements. For products subject to special transport restrictions, establish lawful shipping arrangements before listing. Contact us before offering an item if its eligibility is uncertain.
3. Recall or emerging hazard
Immediately stop offering and dispatching affected stock when you learn of a relevant recall or credible safety hazard. Notify us at help@cop.boutique with the product identifier, affected batches where known and orders that may be involved. Cooperate with lawful recall instructions, customer notifications and remedies. Do not relist recalled goods under a new identifier or obscure the affected model.
4. Review and records
We may request relevant compliance or sourcing information and restrict affected offers while a concern is examined. Keep records sufficient to identify the goods you supplied and cooperate with competent authorities where required. our review does not replace your legal responsibilities or constitute a product-safety certification. Account review and mandatory customer remedies remain available.
