Shipping and order fulfilment

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies from your acceptance of the version that includes it. Mandatory rights remain preserved. Read the agreement

1. Direct fulfilment

You are responsible for shipping directly to the buyer at the address confirmed for the order. Select a carrier and packaging suitable for the product, declared value and destination. Protect retail packaging when its condition is part of the offer. Comply with carrier restrictions for batteries and other regulated contents; do not conceal a restricted item in a shipment.

2. Handling and tracking

Meet the handling and delivery commitments displayed at purchase. Confirm shipment only after carrier handover; creating a label is not dispatch. Provide correct tracking when available and identify the items included in each package. Do not reuse unrelated tracking numbers or report delivery based on an estimate. Keep shipment and handover evidence appropriate to the order.

3. Changes, delays and missing parcels

Report material delays, unavailable inventory and suspected loss promptly. Ask us to review address-change or cancellation requests before taking action that conflicts with the confirmed order. Do not send goods to a new address solely on an unverified message. A carrier investigation may supply evidence but does not suspend the buyer’s applicable claim period or an approved refund.

4. Shipping charges and claims

Honour the shipping price and any free-shipping promise accepted at checkout. Do not collect a second shipping charge directly from the buyer. Work with the carrier on loss or damage and provide relevant records to us. Responsibility for a buyer refund is determined under the Terms of Service; a denied carrier claim does not by itself defeat a covered buyer claim.
