Catalogue, condition and offer accuracy

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies from your acceptance of the version that includes it. Mandatory rights remain preserved. Read the agreement

1. Match the exact product

Select the CIN that matches the actual model, edition, colour and variant. Confirm sizing conventions, region, plug type and included components where relevant. Never attach a different product to a popular page or reuse an identifier for an unrelated item. Request a catalogue correction through our support team when the shared page is inaccurate; do not fulfil a different item while waiting for a correction.

2. Condition and collectibles

Describe wear, defects, alterations, missing accessories and packaging damage before purchase. An opened, worn, repaired or resealed item must not be represented as factory-new and sealed. For graded collectibles, state the actual grading service and grade only where supported by the item and records. Do not guarantee randomized contents or an investment return. Images and descriptions must not conceal material differences from the unit supplied.

3. Stock, pricing and delivery promises

Offer only quantities you can fulfil. Keep each size’s stock and price accurate, including when another channel sells the same inventory. Configure shipping charges and handling commitments truthfully. Do not use an artificially low item price with misleading mandatory charges, a false reference price or a shipping promise you cannot meet. No new fee is established by this policy.

4. Errors after an order

Notify us promptly of an inventory or description error affecting an accepted order. Do not substitute another size, edition or condition without an authorized resolution and the buyer’s informed agreement. Do not ask the buyer to cancel to disguise your error. Preserve the original offer information so we can determine the correct remedy under the accepted purchase and Buyer Protection.
