Code of conduct
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies from your acceptance of the version that includes it. Mandatory rights remain preserved. Read the agreement
1. Account responsibility
Provide accurate business, identity and contact information. Keep access credentials secure and allow only authorized people to act for your business. You remain responsible for employees, contractors and connected services acting through your account. Notify us promptly if access is compromised or business information changes. Do not create or use another account to bypass a restriction.
2. Fair dealing
Do not place sham orders, fabricate transaction history, submit false complaints against competitors or manipulate catalogue information to divert their sales. Do not offer payment, a refund or another benefit in exchange for a favourable review or the removal of a truthful complaint. A legitimate refund must never depend on silence, a favourable rating or withdrawal of a buyer-protection claim.
3. Orders and communications
Keep purchases initiated on our platform within our checkout. Do not redirect buyers to an external payment request, ask them to misstate a cancellation reason or demand an undisclosed surcharge after purchase. Communicate respectfully and only as needed for the transaction. Threats, harassment, discrimination and knowingly misleading statements to buyers or us are prohibited.
4. Review and corrective action
We may investigate reports and request relevant records. Stop a practice that causes harm, correct affected offers and cooperate on outstanding orders. Restrictions and reconsideration follow the Terms of Service and the Account review policy. Neither a complaint nor an automated signal alone is a finding that you acted dishonestly.
